Maintenance Sales Representative – Mechanical Systems - Base Salary to 80k/year – Phoenix, AZ

• In this position, the Maintenance Sales Representative will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers. The Maintenance Sales Representative will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 2+ years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 80k/year and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that put you into the six figure range.
