Process Technician – Plastics Manufacturer – Base Salary to 38.00/hour – Schaumburg, IL
Our client is a leading plastics manufacturer. They are well established and have been in business for well over 80 years.
The Process Technician will be responsible for doing set ups, change overs, and mold changes in a plastics manufacturing environment. There are 1st and 3rd shift openings available for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Set up new orders and get parts running to print.
Changeovers and tooling cleanouts and storage and mold changes.
Set up new product runs and do trials.
Involvement in start ups and shut downs as well as troubleshooting.
Continuous improvement
Monitor the bottle production line and ensure continuous flow of bottles throughout production.
Qualifications:
2+ years of plastics experience in plastics doing set ups and change overs (prefer injection molding or blow molding).
