    • Our client is a large design and build Multi-Family builder has been in business over 30 years and is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team.
    • The Assistant Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in the successful execution of construction projects, from inception to completion. The Assistant Construction Project Manager will work closely with the Construction Project Manager and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement in the construction industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support Project Manager in all project tasks: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery.
    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and address issues.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
    • Collaborate with teams to resolve conflicts and track expenses.
    • Read plans, perform estimates, and ensure design adherence.
    • Manage schedules and coordinate construction activities efficiently.
    • Create and manage punch lists for project completion standards.
    • Handle RFIs and assist in bidding, procurement, and permits.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
    • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore or Primavera.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 70k – 90k/year range
