Bilingual Personal Lines Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 60k/year – Centennial, CO

• Our client, an insurance agency with a long-tenured team and over 100 years of combined insurance experience, has an immediate need for a skilled Bilingual Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. This close-knit agency provides a comprehensive range of commercial, personal, and life insurance products. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities:

• The Bilingual Personal Lines Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their homeowners, vehicle, flood, and umbrella policies. You will assure customers have adequate coverage and round out polices when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting, renewals, providing certificates of insurance, and answering billing questions. You will also have some exposure to commercial lines as this agency has a small commercial book of business.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with personal lines.
• Some minor knowledge of commercial lines.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Ability to work in an office.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 45k – 60k/year range
• Opportunity for commission.
