    Operations Administrator – Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 70k/year – Maple Shade, NJ

    • Our client, a well-established & stable insurance agency in the Maple Shade, NJ area, has an immediate need for a skilled Operations Administrator (internally titled Sales Operations & Tech Administrator). They are a well-known global automotive leader who is looking for bright and motivated Operations Administrator to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM processes, including User Management, Customization, Data Management, Integration, and Reports/Dashboards.
    • Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support for the sales team.
    • Leverage Zywave effectively to empower the sales team with valuable insights, targeted prospecting tools, and continuous learning resources.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to align Zywave tools with sales strategies and objectives.
    • Establish and manage channels for acquiring prospect data, with a focus on specific target markets.
    • Utilize data analytics and market research to identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
    • Serve as the Social Media Content Manager, creating, managing, and optimizing content across platforms.
    • Develop and execute a social media content calendar that effectively communicates the value proposition of the brokerage, educates the audience, and drives engagement.
    • Assist the Business Development Leader in the management and overseeing of sales team operations.
    • Play a key role in sales channel management, overseeing and monitoring unique sales campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
    • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
    • Experience as a Salesforce CRM Administrator, with expertise in User Management, Customization, Data Management, Integration, and Reports/Dashboards.
    • Experience in prospect data acquisition and market research.
    • Social media management experience, including content creation and engagement strategies.
    • Previous experience in sales team operations

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 60k – 70k/year range, plus a performance bonus & growth opportunities.
    • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k plus match, Paid Holidays, etc.
    • Hybrid schedule. 3 days in office, 2 remote.
