    • Our client is a Commercial Construction GC firm that builds ground-up, fit-outs and retrofit projects throughout the Northeast in the retail, restaurant, hospitality, medical, office, and recreational

    • Hybrid Remote Work Schedule Possible, Base Salary in the 120k – 150k/year range, plus 5-10 percent Bonus, Vehicle Allowance, Cell Phone Allowance, 15 Days PTO, 401k match

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead Projects: Handle 3-4 commercial construction projects at once. Make sure everyone knows their job and stays on track.
    • Weekly Check-Ins: Every week, share what's going on with each project, the good and the challenges.
    • Stay Organized: Keep track of important papers like change orders and drawings. Make sure everything's up to date.
    • Guide from Start to Finish: Be there from the very start to the end of each project. Make sure everything goes as planned.
    • Big Picture Thinking: Always think about the project's main goals, what might go wrong, and how to make a profit.
    • Watch the Money: Keep an eye on how much spending compared to the budget. Handle bills and changes to the project costs.
    • Keep on Time & Budget: Make sure projects finish when they're supposed to and don't spend more than planned.
    • Run Meetings: Be the leader in project talks, making sure everyone knows what's going on.
    • Visit the Sites: Check on project locations once a week to catch any problems and see the progress.
    • Team Up: Work closely with team leaders, like the foreman, and others we hire, like subcontractors. Make sure everyone has the materials they need.

    Qualifications:

    • 9+ years in Construction Project Management Level Positions.
    • 5+ years using Microsoft Project and mastery of its functions.
    • Manage multiple projects while adhering to budget, schedule, quality, and safety guidelines.
    • Efficiently communicate and manage RFI logs, reporting delays or change order requirements.
    • Oversee submittals, managing logs, and report any approval delays.
    • Manage purchase logs to ensure timely material and equipment deliveries.
    • Handle client and subcontractor change orders, assessing validity and cost reasonability.
    • Strong computer and software proficiency.
    • Proven track record with project budgets and schedules.
    • High organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, Teams, Share Point, Project, and Outlook.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 120k – 150k/year range depending on experience
    • Bonus at 5 to 10 percent Annually (discretionary)
