    Senior Construction Project Manager – Ultra High-End Residential – Base Salary to 200k/year – New York, NY

    • Our client is a Real Estate Development firm headquartered in San Francisco, CA. They represent and oversee extremely high-end residential construction projects throughout California, New York City, and France specifically. With an extremely strong and growing real-estate department, they are looking to expand their operations in New York and France.
    • The Senior Construction Project Manager will act as a full time manager of Real Estate Development for North America and will also attend to matters involving projects of currently owned properties, prospective properties, and those owned in the future. The Senior Construction Project Manager will have regular meetings with our Principal to ensure development complements other aspects of our organizations strategies, will work with vendors and will work directly with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Travel to North American and European properties to visually inspect and evaluate existing and proposed properties when needed
    • Find, evaluate and investigate site locations (availability, property value, access, zoning, development obstacles, timing, etc.)
    • Originate, manage, and forecast a proprietary acquisition pipeline
    • Negotiate deal terms under company guidelines
    • Act as point of contact and collaborate with the deal team to complete due diligence
    • Prepare presentations for the Principal and senior team with recommendations
    • Lead negotiations with brokers, developers, attorneys, property owners and landlords
    • Keep Principal and senior team informed to ensure communication plans
    • Serve as liaison with property home owner associations
    • Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and Construction to oversee Projects
    • Complete financial analysis, internal review, and physical due diligence on real estate
    • assets
    • Assist in any potential development of assets including contract review, financial
    • negotiations, and performance tracking
    • Assist with asset management of real estate portfolio
    • Assist in overseeing national development projects including design and construction,
    • budget management, and JV partner relationship management

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years' experience in extremely high-end residential Real Estate-related functions for new construction, additions, and evaluation of new properties/investments
    • Possess a current passport and able to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally to France, New York, and California – travel is required
    • Possess vehicle insurance coverage and vehicle for use in performing job duties and travel among multiple properties
    • Must be able to work full-time in the field
    • Bilingual in English and French is a huge plus, but not required

    Compensation:
