    • Our client, established in 1992, is a prominent provider of fire alarm, life safety, and security systems solutions. Specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire alarm systems, Auxiliary Radio Communication Systems (ARCS), card access, camera surveillance, and intrusion systems, they offer comprehensive services in the New York City Metro Area. They consistently ensure exceptional service by maintaining current industry knowledge and complying with local code requirements.
    • In this role, the Territory Sales Representative will blend proven sales expertise with a strong technical mastery in fire alarms, contributing significantly to the ongoing growth and triumph of the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and expand a diverse book of business, targeting Electrical Contractors with effective prospecting strategies.
    • Actively pursue fire alarm system and ARCS sales in the small commercial and residential construction sector, consistently meeting targets.
    • Explore new revenue channels within the existing client base and different territories.
    • Build trust with both existing and potential clients, identifying and assessing their needs for tailored solutions.
    • Prepare comprehensive quote packages for integrated life safety and ARCS solutions.
    • Implement strategic sales initiatives, negotiating and closing profitable projects.
    • Ensure timely responses to client communication, collaborating across departments for seamless service.
    • Provide detailed bi-weekly sales reports and goal plans.

    Qualifications:

    • HS diploma or GED equivalent
    • Proficient knowledge of EST fire alarm and ARCS systems products, operation, and functionality.
    • In-depth understanding of the commercial and residential industry sector.
    • Ability to interpret life safety systems blueprints, schematics, and job specifications.
    • Familiarity with value engineering projects, NYC Building codes, and NFPA fire alarm codes.
    • Proficient knowledge of the PARTNER Selling sales process

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 75k – 90k/year range, PLUS Commission and Bonus
