Commercial Producer - Boutique Brokerage Firm – Base Salary to 60k/year – Dallas, TX

• Our client, a 12- year boutique international brokerage firm located in uptown NY, who is looking for a Commercial Producer to work 100% remotely (anywhere in the U.S.). They provide commercial, personal, private client, specialty programs, financial services, equine insurance, etc. They are a very entrepreneurial firm who is looking to build out their presence.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients. You will be driving new business growth of target clientele through various channels. You will be responsible for converting leads to sales by making outbound calls to bring in new business as well as networking and maintaining a strong pipeline. Also, you will be responsible for developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations and implementing campaigns, explaining insurance policy options, and closing sales.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years commercial insurance sales experience.

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.

• AMS360 experience preferred.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 60k/year; which includes a lucrative draw plan depending on candidate’s experience & book, plus commission (30% new and 30% renewal).
