Sales Manager - HVAC Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 175k/year - Chantilly, VA

• Our client, a well-known HVAC mechanical servicing company in Chantilly, VA, is looking for a Sales Manager to provide direction for service and project sales reps for the company. The firm has been around for over 20 years, has a fantastic reputation in the industry, and is in high growth mode.

Responsibilities:

• The Sales Manager will oversee 6 sales reps, which will include 4 project sales reps and 2 maintenance sales reps. He/she will be responsible for reviewing estimates for accuracy, increasing sales volume, and further the technical skills of the team. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and coaching the maintenance sales team (a team of hunters), who are responsible for bringing in contractual, recurring revenue.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess 7+ years of experience selling, managing, or estimating special projects, and at least 1+ years managing people. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess a strong technical aptitude, servant leadership mentality, and exceptional customer service skills.
