HVAC Superintendent – New Home Construction – Base Salary to 115k/year - Allentown PA

• Our client, a stable mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC Superintendent to handle new home construction between Allentown and King of Prussia, PA. Our client has been in business for over 35 years and has a great reputation in the industry. The King of Prussia team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.

• In this position, the HVAC Superintendent will be responsible for working with home builders from Allentown to King of Prussia to ensure quality control as the HVAC systems are being installed. You will work with different home builders as well as several install crews. This role involves a lot of time management and windshield time, driving from site to site.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 5+ years of proven HVAC construction leadership experience. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary in the 85k – 115k/year range, as well as an annual bonus.
