They excel in simplifying the purchasing and installation experience for dealers, contractors, and property owners
They are currently looking for a Foreman to join their team. This role spans various job sites across Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. With a blend of technical prowess, effective communication, and organizational finesse, you'll champion customer communication, assess site readiness, perform field measurements, manage material receipt, and coordinate seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
Adheres to all company policies, covering safety, travel, customer and vendor relationships, and company vehicles.
Travels to job sites, collecting technical data with overnight stays as needed.
Inspects and monitors active worksites, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
Serves as a customer liaison, ensuring positive communication and experiences.
Coordinates sub-tier work, directs installation scheduling, and attends job site meetings.
Manages material reception, communicates equipment needs, and performs quality inspections.
Works safely, aligning with company values, and takes on additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of construction experience.
Essential ability to read and comprehend construction documents, blueprints, and work orders.
Proficient in measuring devices, basic math, and familiarity with project management systems.
Travel required, approximately 15% with overnight stays.
Physical requirements: lift 50 pounds occasionally, work at heights exceeding 20 feet regularly, and perform full range of motion activities.
