Agency Success Representative – Insurtech Company – Base Salary to 60k/ year – Raleigh, NC

• Our client, a 15+ year old growing Insurtech Company, has an immediate need for an Agency Success Representative to work on a remote basis. They pride themselves on their continued growth and excellent customer service record.
• The Agency Success Representative will be responsible for performing inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sell access to Insurtech technology.
• To be considered for this role, candidates must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, MA, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, TX, UT, or WA. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Generation of referrals from assigned agency partners.
• Educate agent partners on system capabilities, procedures, and program availability.
• Attending tradeshows and conferences to create brand awareness.
• Maintain and grow existing relationships with agency partners within assigned territory.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience.
• 3+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Ability to work 11am CST – 7pm CST remotely.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 60k/year
• Opportunity for monthly incentives.
