Production Manager – Manufacturing - Base Salary to 140k/year – Augusta, GA

• Our client, a top manufacturer of outdoor structures & shelters, is seeking a Production Manager to lead & drive all production and manufacturing operations.
• In this role, the Production Manager will be responsible for evaluating processes & workflow and implementing lean practices that line up with rapid growth & achieving company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Production through well-executed workflow & streamlined processes
• Implement KPIs
• Maximize Production via effective manufacturing techniques
• Oversee processing schedules & manage inventory, staffing & budgets accordingly
• Develop & implement production tracking and quality control systems
• Conduct time studies & costing analysis
• Troubleshoot production issues and work cross-functionally with maintenance regarding equipment failures, upgrades or regularly scheduled maintenance
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Hire, Train, Evaluate & Develop Production Staff
• Establish & monitor product standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Production Management Experience in Manufacturing Environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Years of Experience in Production Manager role
• Knowledgeable in ERP Systems & Implementation
• Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing Certifications
• Strong Manufacturing & Production Process Knowledge
• Ability to Establish & Maintain Performance Metrics

Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 140k/year, plus strong Health Benefits, 401k, Generous PTO, & Strong Company Culture.
