Assistant Property Manager – High Rise Condo Complex – Base Salary to 60k/year – South Tampa, FL

• Our client is a high-rise condo building that is located in the Tampa area that is in the market for an Assistant Property Manager that has worked in a condominium high rise. The individual works with the existing Property Manager and the board in handling tenant needs on a day to day basis to make the property the best it can be. Our client is looking for a top-notch individual that knows how to interact with all facets of the property such as maintenance, vendors, housekeeping and property owners. This is a typical Monday-Friday position with some on call as needed during the weekend in case of emergencies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing tenant relationships and resolving tenant issues
• Work closely with the President of the Board along with the Board at large to provide leadership to Property
• Responsible for general supervision of the maintenance in all common areas and keeping up to date with federal, state and local codes
• Coordinating all vendor services and repairs.
• Work on the budget with PM and Finance Manager

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in property management
• Skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suites and possibly Quickbooks is a plus
• Advanced Degree
• Recently certified as a Community Association Manager or interest in ascertaining license is a plus

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 55k – 60k/year range (dependent on experience) and $5,000 stipend for benefits
