HVAC Service Manager – Residential HVAC Service Provider – Base Salary to 80k/year – Senoia, GA

• Our client, one of the nation’s fastest growing providers of Residential HVAC installation and service is currently seeking an HVAC Service Manager to be based out of their Senoia-area headquarters. Our client has been in business for over 40 years and has an exceptional reputation in the marketplace. The company is well known for their outstanding reliability and customer service.
• In this role, the HVAC Service Manager will report directly to the Director of HVAC Operations and will be responsible for leading a team of employees who service, repair, and maintain Residential HVAC systems. The HVAC Service Manager will work with a variety of departments to ensure customer satisfaction and will often communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to provide updates on job and project status. They will schedule, direct, and oversee service operations and will provide technical support and training for the team of technicians.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will possess 5+ years of service management experience in the HVAC industry and have an in-depth knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems. The candidate should have a strong technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes and an ability to use resources at hand to find solutions.
