Whether it's keeping hospitals running smoothly or optimizing food production, they’re dedicated to excellence.
They are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their team. In this role, the Technical Support Representative will be responsible for offering top-notch telephone and email troubleshooting and technical support for their cutting-edge air and liquid cooled process chillers. Collaborating closely with customers, field service technicians, and internal teams, the Technical Support Representative will ensure seamless operations and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Support incoming technical calls
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions
Prepare submittals, technical drawings, and equipment mechanical manuals
Provide technical support pertaining to installation questions and troubleshooting
Functional test stand operation of new machines for QA, safety, and capacity
Some business travel for select trade shows, customer visits, and technical support
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems
Interest and experience in system design
Management experience is a plus
Compensation:
Base salary in the 70k – 85k/year range, plus bonuses
