Territory Sales Representative – Mechanical Servicing Company – Base Salary to 90k/year – Minneapolis, MN

• Our client is an industry leading mechanical serving company. From complex HVAC, plumbing, piping projects and service calls, to full-service facility maintenance projects, our client is fast-growing and is looking for a Territory Sales Representative to take the team to new heights.
• The Territory Sales Representative (internally titled “Maintenance Sales Representative”) will support the twin cities territory by bringing in new business for the team. The main responsibility for this role will be to hunt for new customers by selling maintenance agreements while being the main point of contact for all accounts. The Territory Sales Representative will sell mainly to facility and maintenance managers.

Responsibilities:

• Grow service department by getting new maintenance agreements signed
• Manage existing customer base while hunting for new business
• Identify and generate new leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Reach targeted sales goals
• Acting as an industry expert for prospects and clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years’ outside sales experience
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience selling a service
• Plus for background in HVAC or related industry
• Must have hunter mentality – eager to sell and lock down new business
• Ability to differentiate between selling a service and selling a product
• Previous account management experience is a plus
