    Our client is a real estate, construction and investment firm focused on value-add, residential real estate in strategic locations primarily in the Western U.S. Their development history includes the successful entitlement, construction, marketing and sales of single- family homes, townhomes, mid-rise condominiums and apartments. Currently they are bringing to market two master-planned, destination-oriented communities offering a combined 5,000+ homes (both for sale and rental) over a 10-year time horizon. In addition, the company is also working on several individual apartment developments (1,000+ units).

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintaining and pushing the project schedule.
    • Reviewing all plans for quality, accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency per the approved specifications and working to resolve conflicts that arise
    • Reviewing contract pre-award with Purchasing, subcontractors and other internal team members
    • Coordinating with purchasing to perform budget updates and projections,
    • Partnering with Marketing, Purchasing and Construction on project specifications
    • Managing and responding to RFI’s
    • Facilitating the implementation of contracted scopes and specifications with subcontractors and other members as necessary
    • Performing project close out
    • Manage and oversee all Fire and Sound assemblies
    • SWPPS Management
    • Intrack Offsites Management
    • Monday – Friday work scheduled with (1) Saturday per month.
    • No travel is necessary

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on multifamily projects
    • Knowledge of fire-rated assemblies
    • OSHA Cert Preferred
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Personal computer skills including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment

    COMPENSATION

    • Base salary up to $120K/year
    • Discretionary annual bonus
    • Health and dental insurance paid fully at the employee level by employer
    • Eligible upon hire for 401(k) plan
    • Paid holidays and vacation time
