Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Independent Agency – Base Salary to 80k/year – Sparkill, NY

• Our client, a 100+ year independent insurance agency in Sparkill, NY, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. The team is tenured within the company!

Responsibilities:

• Perform policy updates, provide certificates of insurance, and process payments.
• Process new business, market products, renew business, and sell products to round out policies.
• Processing endorsements, entering data, assisting the Account Manager in preparing policies, binders, ID cards, running Motor Vehicle Reports, etc.

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of Commercial Lines experience.
• Knowledge of real estate, construction, or government.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
• Knowledge of EPIC or AMS360.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 80k/year.

• Ability to work in-office. Hybrid schedule may be considered after a few months.
