Construction Estimator – Commercial Construction – Base Salary to 90k/year – Longwood, FL

• The Construction Estimator will play a crucial role in project planning and cost estimation processes. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive cost estimates.

Responsibilities:

• Explore documentation to gain a deep understanding of the project requirements
• Select, measure, and track important metrics
• Requesting quotes from vendors, complete proposals, submitting quotes for projects
• Prepare relevant and reliable forecasts
• Create and present reports to upper management
• Analyze and evaluate offers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key vendors

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Strong estimation skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 90k/year
