Police Officer – Law Enforcement Electronic Sales – Base Salary to 60k/year - Phoenix, AZ

• Our client, a well-established Electronics & Optics Manufacturing company, is currently seeking Police Officer candidates with a network in law enforcement for a full, or part time remote territory sales position that can be located in: New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; Philadelphia, PA; Dallas, or Houston, TX, Anchorage or Fairbanks, AK; Las Vegas, NV; Phoenix or Tucson, AZ
• Our client is a small yet rapidly growing subsidiary of a large global optic electronics manufacturer that supports a variety of industries including narcotics/ substance identification for law enforcement
• No prior sales experience is required; seeking police experience and interest/ability to use law enforcement contacts to establish a client base

Responsibilities:

• Utilize law enforcement / police department network connections to build a clientele for sales and marketing of this portable and reusable drug screening device, designed to detect illicit narcotics onsite with no officer exposure. (After placing the material on the device, the sensor detects the kind of narcotic and displays it in the connected phone app within seconds.)
• 50% travel (expenses paid) within the state to law enforcement agencies and trade shows
• Report to the CEO and collaborate with current sales team for best practices

Qualifications:

• Police/ law enforcement experience, preferably with narcotics to understand the issues & need involved
• Ability & interest in using network connections to build a clientele with various law enforcement agencies as well as with the Attorney General for the designated territory
• Ability to work remotely 50%, and travel within the state territory 50%

Compensation:

• Base salary to 60k/year + 10% commission ($550) per unit sold
• Commission only options available for part time, or other territories
