Commercial Lines Account Manager – Insurance – Base Salary to 85k/year – Manheim, PA

• Our client, a small, family owned insurance agency based in Manheim, PA has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in Manheim or at their second location in Gordonville. They have an excellent relationship with their clients and are well-respected in their community due to their commitment to excellence and their strong values.
• The Commercial Lines Account Manager will service and maintain a Commercial Lines book of middle-market business and managing a team of 3-5 Customer Service Representatives and Assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-selling, upselling, supporting Account Executives and Producers
• Quoting/writing small commercial lines business
• Providing leadership, coaching, and accountability to the customer service team
• Accounts range in size from 10k-25k in premiums and are primarily focused in construction, automotive, manufacturing, and commercial real estate

Qualifications:

• 2+ years commercial lines experience
• Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed
• Experience with Erie Insurance preferred but not required

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 55k - 85k/year range depending on experience
