Currently, our client is seeking a Project Accountant to oversee a Datacenter project with one of their premier clients. This position requires experience in Mission Critical Facilities or Datacenters.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate work activities including scheduling, logistics, quality control, and staffing.
Manage monthly pay applications, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure compliance with contract documents.
Participate in pre-construction activities and ensure subcontractor engagement.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and construction industry standards.
Utilize construction-specific accounting methods for accurate financial management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of related experience.
Proficiency in building construction means and methods, scheduling, general contract principles, subcontract documents, and interpreting drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
