Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Insurance – Base Salary to 65k/year – Burlington, VT

• Our client, a small, independently owned Insurance agency with a few locations around Northern Vermont, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team.
• The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering phone calls from customers and handling all of the back-end processing of service requests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform policy updates, provide certificates of insurance, check/process endorsements, ID cards, Claims, process customer payments, enter new business into the system, etc.
• Support account managers with administrative duties related to Commercial Lines accounts.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative Experience
• Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed
• EPIC experience preferred – willing to train

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 50k – 65k/year range depending on experience
