    Maintenance Manager – Heavy Industrial - Base Salary to 125k/year – Dallas, TX

    • Our client, a heavy industrial metals processor, is seeking a Maintenance Manager (internally titled Facilities & Maintenance Manager) to lead and manage the maintenance team for the installation, repair and upkeep of equipment across multiple facilities.
    • In this role, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading people, maintaining machinery, planning repairs and developing maintenance procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate a “Safety First” leadership & culture
    • Interview, Hire, Train, & Lead a team of highly effective maintenance technicians
    • Responsible for all maintenance activities in the facility including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues and developing preventative & predictive maintenance programs
    • Develop & Manage KPIs and Implement Measurable Goals
    • Conduct Inspections throughout facilities & identify potential issues
    • Check mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
    • Communicate daily with Plant Managers & Coordinate Maintenance Activities
    • Plan & Oversee Major Repairs and Installations
    • Interview, Hire & Train New Maintenance Team Members
    • Develop & Maintain Critical Spares Inventory & Oversee Procurement of Parts and Service
    • Responsible for Maintenance Budget
    • Work Cross Functionally with Operations, Contractors, & Service Providers

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of Multi-Site Maintenance Manager or Director
    • Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of heavy industrial equipment
    • Experience with CMMS Systems (FIIX Software) to plan, manage & analyze maintenance activities
    • Procurement & Expenses Software Knowledge
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or Relevant Experience
    • Advanced Excel and/or PowerBI capabilities preferred
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

    Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 125k/year, plus bonus. Our client also offers competitive health and life benefits & 401k. Relocation assistance is available.
