Commercial Lines Account Executive - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 60k/year + Benefits Package – Chandler, AZ

• Our client, a family-owned independent insurance agency in the Chandler, AZ area, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Account Executive. They are a close-knit, tenured team that is looking for customer service professionals who are interested in joining a community-focused agency.

Responsibilities

• In this Commercial Lines Account Executive role, you will be responsible for servicing a book of contractors’ accounts.
• You will be working closely with the team to provide current and potential clients with exceptional customer service.
• You will be tasked with quoting new business, educating and advising clients, endorsements, renewals, account management, documentation, and answering clients’ billing and service questions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Insurance Experience as it relates to Commercial Lines required.
• AZ P&C License required.
• AZ Life Insurance License required.
• Experience with AMS360 preferred.
• Experience working with contractor’s insurance preferred.

Compensation

• Base salary in the 50k – 60k/year range depending on experience.
• Benefits include commission, PTO, retirement savings plan + 3% match, health insurance stipend.
• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm in-office, hours can be flexible.
• Hybrid flexibility considered after first year training period
