Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing Machine Supplies - Base Salary to 20.00/hour – Glen Rock, PA

• Our client, establish in 1985, specializes in re-manufacturing diesel pumps, injectors and turbochargers and represents most major OEM and aftermarket part suppliers! They are growing and looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the team!
• The Customer Service Representative will be the front line for their growing e-commerce and distribution business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre and post sales support to customer base.
• Work to establish business relationships with customers.
• Review work orders and invoices for proper parts and labor billing.
• Review completed work orders with the customer.
• Maintain detailed notes of customer interactions
• Embrace technology and adapt to continuous changes in business operations

Qualifications:

• High School diploma; post secondary training preferred
• Detail oriented
• Strong Organizational Skills

Compensation: Base salary in the 18.00 – 20.00/hour range. Our client also offers a 401k with match.
