Insurance Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 46k/year - Park Hills, KY

• Our client is a privately held independent, family owned and operated insurance company. They are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their team in Park Hills, KY to assist in handling a book of business through direct client interaction.
• The Insurance Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with clients through in-bound and out-bound calls and emails. The Insurance Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting in servicing and processing of all accounts for the producers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Producers.
• Complete endorsements, audits, renewal policies, certificates, and auto ID cards.
• Prepare renewals, new client business proposals and new client onboarding.
• Provide excellent customer service during inquiries from clients regarding claims, billing, quotes and during new client orientation and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Must be Property and Casualty(P&C) licensed
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Personal and/or Commercial Insurance.
• Ability to handle high volume of business in a friendly and professional manner.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 46k/year
• Benefits: Employer Paid Medical, 401k with a company match.
