    • Our client has completed commercial, industrial, and municipal paving projects from routine maintenance and repairs to full scale paving jobs. Our team of professionals work to make the customer experience a smooth one every step of the way, from the estimate/bid process to the final completion of the job. We are looking to bring on a Territory Sales Representative in the Tampa, FL area. In this role you will be handling new business acquisition as well as taking on a current book of business. Your primary responsibilities will be to cultivate new opportunities and relationships, estimate projects, create proposals, as well as service existing customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • In this role you will service existing customers as well as cultivate new opportunities and relationships
    • Maintain and build strategic relationships with existing and potential customers, and industry contacts
    • Visit project location, attend pre-bid meetings, and assess drawings and specifications
    • Manage sales leads from initiation through to closure
    • Take pictures and measurements, create aerial maps, and formulate a scope of work
    • Input, update and maintain leads and opportunities in Sales Force
    • Act as a problem solver and uses brainstorming, collaboration, and teamwork to help drive the best outcomes for our business and for our customers
    • Assist Operations with Project Management and Completion
    • Assist Office Staff with Invoicing and Collections

    Qualifications: 2+ years of B2B Sales experience. A background in building materials, working with, or selling to property managers, HOA’s and facility managers is a huge plus as these are the types of customers you will be selling to.

    Compensation: includes a base salary up to 60k/year depending on experience levels, as well as an uncapped commission structure. Health insurance, PTO and a positive company culture only scratch the surface.
