Employee Benefits Account Manager - Voluntary Benefits Enrollment Firm - Base Salary to 80k/year – Northbrook, IL

• Our client, a voluntary benefits enrollment firm in the Northbrook, IL area has an immediate need for an Employee Benefits Account Manager to join their team. They are looking for candidates with employee benefits insurance experience, voluntary benefits expertise, and the ability to manage account servicing & benefits enrollment platforms.
• This is an in-office position, Monday – Friday hours.

Responsibilities:

• The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for servicing client accounts mainly groups 51+, open enrollments, utilizing knowledge of employee benefits and voluntary benefits to guide the team, endorsements, billing, and compliance. You will be working extensively in Excel, Selerix, Paycom, Navigator, ADP, and Paychex.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in employee benefits or voluntary benefits with an agency or company.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 80k/year plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays and an annual bonus.
