Our client is seeking a Production Manager to spearhead their commercial roofing projects. The Production Manager will be involved in developing innovative strategies to propel the company's growth. The Production Manager will have the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing production team, while cultivating partnerships and driving expansion in the market.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate contractor schedules and material procurement for roofing projects
Serve as the main liaison with subcontractors, customers and management to ensure project timelines are met within budget
Assess/adjust material and labor orders based on analysis of job progress, reports and oversight
Ensure timely delivery of materials, manage inventory, and oversee job completions
Document issues, manage discrepancies and problem solve any issues
Maintain high quality control on all projects ensuring customer satisfaction
Price negotiations on materials with suppliers and manufacturers
Strategic planning for optimizing production on commercial roofing projects
Production planning, production and quality management
Utilizing AccuLynx and CompanyCam software
Qualifications:
5+ years in a commercial roofing capacity
Must have experience in building sales teams in the roofing industry
Ability to cultivate manage multiple projects with an eye towards quality, safety and efficiency
