Regional Sales Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration Controls – Base Salary to 130k/year – Brea, CA
Our client, a well-established yet still growing and evolving HVAC Refrigeration Controls company is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager based out of their Brea, CA location to cover their western states territory. Can be remote.
Our client offers high efficiency/ high tech control solutions for air-conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and systems for humidification and evaporative cooling for commercial, industrial and residential applications.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, quotes and proposals based on customer needs and specifications
Work collaboratively with the client and internal teams for right fit solutions
Generate market attention/ promotions for company products/ services
Organize and attend targeted industry events
Identify, establish and consolidate relationships with major OEMs, contractors and partners in the market
Research market information of assigned territory
Develop relationship networks to identify key areas of growth and expansion
Travel as needed within the regional territory 50%
Qualifications:
5+ years in the HVAC and/or Refrigeration industry
technical degree/ certificate preferred
Strong technical skills & understanding of commercial and industrial HVAC and/or refrigeration applications
Good understanding of electronic controls and monitoring systems
Strong presentation and customer relationship skills- clear and thorough communication; value / solution selling
Compensation:
Base salary in the 120k – 130k/year range
Bonus eligible based on targets
