    • In this role, the Sales Executive will bring successful sales experience paired with strong technical aptitude in building engineering to drive consistent sales revenue for prefabricated data centers. Your expert knowledge in the data center industry will make a positive impact on their consistent growth and success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounts and build relationship with current and potential customers
    • Employ knowledge of data centers to exercise a solutions-focused sales approach to meet the needs of each unique challenge
    • Prospect, qualify, cultivate, and maintain an active sales pipeline
    • Continually update CRM reports to build a client database
    • Interface with internal departments to ensure effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction
    • Open opportunities, schedule face-to-face and/or web-based meetings, utilize effective negotiation skills, and close new opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field
    • 5+ years of sales experience; technical sales background preferred
    • Relationships in one or more of these industries Utility, Electrical Power, Data Center
    • Strong technical aptitude in building engineering and mechanical/electrical systems
    • Experience and familiarity with the Data Center industry
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in typical business tools including MS Office, CRM and ERP applications, Salesforce experience preferred

    Compensation:

    • Base salary up to 150k/year plus commission
