They are looking for a General Manager with experience in commercial construction project management, estimating, business development and contract management while working with general contractors, subcontractors and clients.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing information and developing budgets.
Building and maintaining vendor relationships.
Commercial estimating, take-offs and price build-ups.
Negotiating contracts with general contractors, clients or subcontractors.
Quality Focus
Using technology for everyday purposes to track materials and projects.
Creating, implementing and managing SOPs.
Qualifications:
7+ years’ experience in commercial construction management
Bachelor’s degree (or work equivalent) for Construction Science or related fields.
Proficiency with reading commercial construction plans, specifications, and vendor product data information preferred.
Familiarity with commercial construction project delivery methods and practices preferred.
Working knowledge of commercial construction documentation and pricing.
Ability to read plans and specifications then translating them into estimates.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and estimating software
Knowledgeable of Commercial Construction principles and processes.
Knowledgeable of negotiated bids, hard bids, etc.
Multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.

Compensation:
Base salary in the 100k – 125k/year range
Monthly auto allowance
Annual discretionary bonus.
