General Superintendent – Civil Land Development – Base Salary to 150k/year – College Station, TX

• Our client is a leading civil land development company dedicated to excellence in project execution and client satisfaction. With a strong commitment to quality and innovation, our client is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a General Superintendent. In this role, you will oversee a team of 5-8 other superintendents, ensuring the successful completion of multiple Land Development projects including, land clearing, earthwork, utilities, electrical, and more.
• The General Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing field operations, managing project schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Leading a team of superintendents, the General Superintendent will coordinate with project managers to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations for multiple civil land development projects.
• Manage project schedules to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate project activities.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• All projects within 1 hour radius, No Overnight travel required.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in civil land development or related field.
• Experience shooting grade and reading plans is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 120k – 150k/year range
