Personal Lines Insurance Agent – Insurance – Base Salary to 35k/year – Oxford, PA

• Our client, a 40+ year, family-owned independent agency located in Oxford, PA has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join their team. They provide comprehensive personal and business insurance solutions to the northeast. They have a tenured, loyal team who is growing rapidly.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining relationships between customers, carriers, vendors, etc.
• Finding, contacting, and following up with cold leads as well as leads paid for by management
• Rating, quoting, completing applications, binding coverage, processing endorsements, completing policy changes, answering questions, billing, etc.
• Need to be able to handle a high call volume and cross-sell new accounts

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty (P&C) License Required
• Life & Health (L&H) License Preferred
• 1+ year of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Sales

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 35k/year, flexible dependent on experience
• 25% commission on new business and renewals
