    RECRUITER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – ROTATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM – BASE SALARY TO 35K PLUS BONUS/COMMISSIONS, FULL BENEFITS, TONS OF PERKS – LANCASTER, PA

    As defined below, the RECRUITER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM is an intensive 27-month rotational training program that is built to equip individuals with all the skills needed to become a Professional Recruiter via focusing on 3 critical components of the job for periods of 8 to 16 months with hands on guided training. Following the RECRUITER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, individuals will advance to the title of Professional Recruiter, being able to take advantage of AllSearch Recruiting’s Work from Anywhere policy.

    ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE - 8 Months

    • Mentor with Business Development Manager
    • Partner with 2-3 Divisions, providing support via inbound and outbound business development efforts
    • Build robust pipeline and gain insight into best-in-class sales techniques
    • Engage in conversations with leaders of companies varying in size from $10M-$10B+ to promote AllSearch Recruiting’s services
    • Schedule and observe intake calls to gain understanding of ideal roles and search practices
    • Participate in Divisional meetings

    CANDIDATE SOURCING COORDINATOR – 3 Months

    • Mentor with Senior Recruiter/Industry Practice Leader
    • Work directly with 2-4 Senior Recruiters to learn key sourcing tools and techniques
    • Perform initial reach out and coordinate candidate screening calls
    • Serve as liaison to candidates and Senior Recruiters during interview process
    • Observe recruiting process from cradle to grave with focus on opportunity presentation, candidate control, client interaction, interview coordination, offer stage, negotiations, and onboarding process

    JUNIOR RECRUITER – 16 Months

    • Mentor with Senior Recruiter/Industry Practice Leader
    • Take skills learned and apply to client positions on your desk
    • Serve as direct contact for candidates throughout the process
    • Partner with Account Managers to deliver candidates to clients
    • Utilize all recruiting tools available to identify, contact, attract, and secure quality talent
    • Pre-screen and qualify candidates prior to submission to client
    • Coordinate candidate interviews and provide pre-interview instructions and coaching
    • Provide consistent follow-up and feedback to clients and candidates throughout recruiting and on-boarding process
    • Utilize CRM Software to maintain candidate/client database and effectively track all recruiting activities

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A friendly, relationship minded personality and strong organizational skills.
    • Associate’s degree is required.
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Previous experience in customer facing or Sales role is highly preferred.

    COMPENSATION

    • AllSearch offers a base salary up to 35k/year (dependent on experience) plus bonuses and commissions. Individuals in the Recruiter Development Program can easily exceed 40K in their very 1st year in the business. There is strong potential to exceed 65K+ year three and beyond. Most experienced Recruiters at AllSearch Recruiting earn 100K+.
