SERVICE MAINTENANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR IN RICHMOND BEACH, VA, 30 YEAR OLD COMPANY. BASE TO $70K + COMMISSION, GROWING COMPANY
Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical contractor, has an immediate need for a Maintenance Sales Representative, to handle a territory out of the Richmond, VA area. Our client has been in business for over 30 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a rep in Richmond metro to help them take this division to new heights. The Richmond team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.
In this position, the Maintenance Sales Rep will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers, as well as handling renewals on service agreements. The MSR will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.
COMPENSATION: Our client is offering a solid compensation package for this position, with a base salary ranging from $50-70K and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that should add another $10-20K in the first year and put you into the six figure range in 2-3 years. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.
