QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years minimum field experience with residential HVAC installation and service (not including school).

Proficient in mechanical and diagnostic skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Have a positive attitude.

Must be able to write and speak English clearly.

A desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry.

Have the ability to use smartphones, tablets, and computers.

EPA certification required, NATE certification a plus.

Must have physical stamina/capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment and/or tools necessary for the job.

Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.

Agree to drug testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enjoy working with customers and provide excellent customer service.

Installation and service of HVAC and IAQ equipment.

Provide estimates.

Maintain regular working hours and be on rotating on-call duty.

Make an effort to learn all aspects of HVAC.

Assist in other business functions as needed.

Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.
