Allstates Consulting Services has a client who is one of the fastest growing Wireless contractors in the telecom industry and specializing in nationwide tower builds and wireless installations. looking for a Tower Foreman. The Tower Foreman is to lead the day-to-day performance, safety, production, and quality expectations on a variety of wireless tower projects. This position will perform work on communication towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing wireless communications equipment. The Foreman will be a team leader and mentor to various skilled Tower Technicians. The ideal candidate will be safety focused, customer and quality centric with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure safety is always being adhered to using proper procedures such as 100% tie off as well as completing daily JSA/toolbox talks • Work with the Project Manager daily to ensure schedules and budgets are being met • Verify ordered project materials are accurate and complete reviewing BOM's • Ability to climb and rescue at 100 feet or more with 50 lb. load • Ability to complete coax, fiber, boom, microwave dishes, antenna, and radio installations • Responsible for tracking and approving time for all crew members • Ensures tools and equipment on project sites are always being utilized and maintained responsibly • Ability to perform PIM, sweep, fiber, and antenna alignment testing on site • Communicate with customers, providing daily updates and problem resolution • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS', port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analysis' • Complete project required close-out packages and take required photos, sending to management to verify installation has been done properly • Perform other duties as assigned SUCCESS FACTORS: • 100% Travel Ability Nationwide • Dedicated to safety everyday driving ZERO - Being Safe 100% of the time is the expectation • Alignment with company mission, vision, and values • A high level of customer centricity • Strong work ethic with an ALL IN attitude • Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment • A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional Critical Thinking skills • Detail Oriented- a high level of attention to detail is required • A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills • Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals • Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented • Expert relationship builder with the ability to lead and motivate team members • Ability to support a fast paced, demanding work schedule; could include late evenings and/or weekends when requested WORK ENVIRONMENT: • Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking and driving • Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy during all seasons throughout the year • May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated • Must wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, steel toe/composite toe boots and high visible vest when working on-site EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: • 2+ years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews • 5+ years in the wireless industry • Valid Driver's License required (Class A CDL preferred) under success factors • OSHA 30 preferred • High School diploma or equivalent required
