    Job Description

    Allstates Consulting Services is looking for a New Hire Ambassador to join our clients Human Resources team. This position will be responsible for providing customer service and assistance to new employees during their onboarding process as well as providing support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise and timeliness. This is a key role for performing onboarding activities related to requesting computer equipment, software, system access, and other new hire setup tasks.. POSITION DETAILS:

    • STANDARD WORK HOURS: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
    • LOCATION: Lawrence, PA 15055

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assists in the data entry of new hires into multiple systems (Oracle, Service Now)

    • Performs transactions related to one or more HR specialties with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to written procedures.

    • Responds to incoming correspondence from new hires or managers for onboarding related inquiries. References company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of response and to offer all available information. Determines and addresses any unstated needs. Recognizes when escalation of a situation is necessary.

    • Portrays a positive, professional, customer and delivery orientated image of the company. Seeks to drive results and beneficial outcomes for the HR team and customer.

    • Collaborates effectively within the HR and IT Teams in order to execute tasks and fulfill key onboarding deliverables related to new hires in order to develop credibility, efficiency & ensure internal customer satisfaction

    • Integrates efficiently with team members, seeking input/assistance as needed.

    • Additional duties as assigned

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • High school / GED or equivalent required; along with equivalent, relevant experience.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources, project coordination or administrative assistant type role
    • Prior data entry experience in an HCM platform preferred.
    • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    COMPETENCIES

    • Strong communication and organizational skills required.
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and adapt to change.
