Corporate Controller - Real Estate Development and Construction Firm

AllTrades is a team of highly motivated and knowledgeable professionals with expertise in real estate development and construction. Our rapidly growing company is a developer, general contractor and owner of niche flex industrial properties initially in the greater DFW area.
The founders of AllTrades created the WorkSpace Shops Studios™, and Storage™ concept based on their many years of experience in the construction and service industries and having to rent facilities for their businesses that did not meet their needs. After extensive research and study, AllTrades was created in 2018 with the intent to provide a lease product to businesses that require an upscale flex office, functional and clean warehouse, small WorkSpace Studios, and ample and right-sized secured parking for trucks, trailers and equipment.

WHO YOU ARE:
We are looking for a Corporate Controller who is highly experienced in multi-entity real estate development and construction companies. Must be an independent thinker and leader that can maintain strong relationships with other departments. Must be a CPA or CMA and have strong experience with U.S. GAAP requirements. Strong attention to details and organizational skills, keen business sense, and good interpersonal and communication skills. Extensive experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite financial software and Procore construction software highly recommended.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Corporate Controller reports to the CFO and has the responsibility for day to day management of the accounting function and reporting of financial information for the company’s multiple entities.
The Corporate Controller oversees all financial reports & financial closings, manages the production of budgets and forecasts as well as cash flow projections, oversees PEO related to payroll and benefits, supports the CFO and senior management with presentations, strategic plans and key metrics, and ensures that financial, and other reporting deadlines are met.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
