Allana Buick & Bers is a multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm. We're currently seeking a talented Proposal Coordinator to join our Dallas office that will work with principals, internal technical staff, clients and additional marketing/business development staff to coordinate the development, production and delivery of high quality, competitive and timely proposal responses. The ideal Proposal Coordinator is a highly motivated professional who can handle multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment and works well independently as well as in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the proposal manager in all aspects of proposal planning, production, and logistics
• Content development
• Internal coordination
• Fee development
• Production schedule, including coordination of internal review
• Proofing and overall quality control
• Final production / printing / delivery / delivery tracking
• Post proposal debrief / follow up (internal and external)
• Documentation of findings (lessons learned, best practices, reasons for not making short list, trends, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experiences

• Some proposal development experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
• Experience and interest in the A/E and/or construction Industry preferred
• Ability to effectively interact with of all levels of firm leadership
• Highly organized, dependable, detail oriented
• Superior ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing demands to meet deadline constraints
• Exceptional editing / proofreading skills
• Superior client service mentality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
