    About The Role

    As Allara's first Clinical Recruiter, you will be instrumental in assembling a team that's redefining women's healthcare, recruiting and hiring candidates who are collaborative, empathetic, and patient-centered top talent. We are seeking a Clinical Recruiter with a proven track record in the healthcare industry and a passion for connecting top talent with an opportunity to make a real difference. This role will be managed by our Director of Clinical Operations while also working closely with our Medical Director and Lead Dietitian.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment and hiring process for multiple positions across our Clinical Operations teams from screening to hiring and onboarding stages, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
    • Prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor metrics, providing regular performance updates to evaluate our recruitment success
    • Develop robust talent pipelines using a variety of tools, including our applicant tracking system, LinkedIn and other job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
    • Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent with expertise in hormonal health, telehealth, and virtual care environments
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop strategic recruitment plans, including understanding of priorities given payer coverage, capacity needs by provider types (OB/GYNs, Endocrinologists, Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Dietitians), and by states given nationwide expansion
    • Build cross-functional relationships to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with company culture and goals
    • Match candidates with Allara's mission to deliver empathetic, integrative, and patient-centered care
    • Reinforce our commitment to DE&I in the recruitment process

    What we're looking for:

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare or startup environment
    • Experience recruiting in healthcare (women's health and/or telehealth preferred)
    • Experience in recruiting both 1099 contractors and full-time W-2 employees
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to convey Allara Health's mission passionately and a compelling pitch to join our team
    • Retains impeccable attention to detail and remains process-driven while operating with a sense of urgency
    • Proactive and innovative in a competitive, fast-paced recruiting environment
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects
    • Proficient with various recruitment tools and platforms
    • Sourcing skills that extend beyond LinkedIn

    This role will report to Allara's Director of Operations. The position is ideally hybrid with 2-3 days in our NYC office or remote working in EST time zone.

    The target base salary for this position ranges from $70,000-80,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
