    Allcare Treatment Services in Glen Burnie, MD is eager to welcome a passionate OTP Counselor to our team. Candidates must be credentialed with ADT, CSC-AD, and CAC-AD in Maryland to be considered for the role. As a counselor, you must be able to render qualified guidance and case management services to clients and ensure due compliance to the highest standards in assessment, action planning, interventions, and community outreach. In-depth comprehension of treatment principles and expertise in substance abuse and associated psychiatric disorders is expected. Working hours are set from 4:45 AM to 11:00 AM. Responsibilities: • Provides direct counseling and case management services to assigned caseload • Provides alcohol and drug education and referrals to community agencies • Responsible for assuring that assigned clients are given random urinalysis according to State and Federal guidelines • Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor • Maintain client confidentiality as regulated by Federal guidelines • Attend required supervision and staff meetings • Conducts Intake Assessments • Maintains documentation compliance Qualifications: • Must possess ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD certification, or be a licensed counselor by the state of Maryland • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must have a working knowledge of computers, including EMR. Familiarity with Methasoft is a plus! • Must have exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience in medication-assisted treatments preferred but not required Compensation: $28+ hourly
