Responsibilities: • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code • Negotiate profitable agreements with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors • Comply with all best-practice health and safety standards to prevent injuries and slowdowns at construction sites, and promptly report any safety regulation issues • Communicate the status of the building project to key stakeholders by providing regular progress reports • Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines Qualifications: • Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods • OSHA 30 certification • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields • PMP certification is a plus Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000
