As a pivotal member of our team, this position will spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse commercial construction projects. From managing budgets and schedules to fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, this role is instrumental in driving project success and maintaining Alleato Group's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities: • Keep up on current regulations, standards, real estate law, real estate market best practices, and building codes • Gather information such as tax records from local government and assessors, comparable homes, legal descriptions, and other public records • Visit the residential property or office building to conduct appraisal inspection and note special features of the property, property condition, and nearby properties that may impact property value • Show assessment results by preparing the necessary appraisal reports • Analyze collected data to determine the current property’s value and potential future value Qualifications: • Although not mandatory, possession of a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous • 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial project management • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, and budgeting • Experience in the national commercial construction sector (not residential) • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel to project sites nationwide as required Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
