Compensation: * Salary Range - $110,000 - $125,000 * Comprehensive Health Benefits * Performance-based Incentives * Allowance for Truck Usage * 4% Retirement Contribution Matching Responsibilities: • Lead the planning of projects by defining scope, goals, and deliverables • Create detailed project schedules and efficiently manage resources to ensure timely completion • Supervise project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies when feasible • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to guarantee seamless collaboration and adherence to project requirements • Conduct regular site visits in Indianapolis to oversee work progress, address issues, and ensure safety compliance • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering frequent updates on project status, addressing concerns, and seeking feedback • Identify potential risks proactively and develop strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns • Cultivate a collaborative team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be beneficial, although not mandatory. • Proven experience of 3-5 years in managing commercial projects is required. • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, such as estimating, scheduling, and budgeting, is essential. • Previous experience in the national commercial construction sector, excluding residential projects, is preferred. • Proficiency in project management tools and software like Procore, Primavera, and Microsoft Project is necessary. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are a must. • Willingness to travel to project sites across the country as needed is required. • Demonstrated leadership skills and a successful track record of managing project teams are essential.
