Compensation Package: • Salary Range - $110,000 - $125,000 • Comprehensive Health Benefits • Performance-based Incentives • Allowance for Truck Usage • 4% Retirement Contribution Matching Responsibilities: • Lead the initiation of projects by defining scope, goals, and outcomes. • Create detailed project schedules and efficiently allocate resources to ensure timely project completion. • Supervise project finances, track expenditures, and implement cost-cutting measures whenever feasible. • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless cooperation and adherence to project requirements. • Conduct regular site visits in Indianapolis to oversee progress, tackle issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Serve as the main contact point for clients, providing frequent project updates, addressing issues, and seeking input. • Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to prevent delays and budget overruns. • Cultivate a collaborative team atmosphere, offering leadership, direction, and assistance to team members. • Maintain precise and well-organized project records, including contracts, permits, and reports.
